SOUTH SHORE KY: Mr. Floyd Edwin Fore, 87, of South Shore, Kentucky, went to be with his lord Monday, Aug. 8, 2011 in Kings Daughter Medical Center, in Ashland, Kentucky. He was born May 16, 1924 in Fresno, California, a son of the late Edwin Fore and Edith Fly Fore.

He was a meat cutter and truck driver for the former Herman's Meats in Portsmouth, Ohio, a Veteran of WW II, a member of the Maloneton Pilgrim Holiness Church at Maloneton, Kentucky and he attended the Fellowship Baptist Church in South Shore, Kentucky.

Preceded in death by his wife Alka R. Smallwood Fore, Aug 8, 1998.

Surviving is one son and his wife, Michael "Delilah" Fore of South Portsmouth, Kentucky; two daughters, Gwen Smith and Jackie "Winford" Lowder, both of South Shore; Kentucky; six grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Funeral services 1 p.m. Thursday, August 11, 2011 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky, with Rev. Bob Copley officiating. Burial will be in Collier Memorial Gardens in South Portsmouth, Kentucky.

Friends may call at the Roberson Funeral Home from 6 till 8 p.m. on Wednesday and from 11 a.m. till 1 p.m. on Thursday. Military graveside servivces by the James L. Flannery American Legion Post # 276 of South Shore, Kentucky.

Charles married Octavia (Otta) Isabelle Roubidux in 1896. Octavia (daughter of Felix V Roubidux and Cynthia A. Beeler) was born on 4 Jun 1878 in Colorado; died on 2 Dec 1905 in Carbon County, Wyoming; was buried in Reader Cemetery, Savery, Carbon County, Wyoming. [Group Sheet]

Tillmon married Margaret Alexander on 28 Oct 1866 in Barry County, Missouri. Margaret (daughter of Alexander and Margaret Kelly) was born on 13 Aug 1843 in Arkansas; died on 25 May 1928 in Carbon County, Wyoming; was buried in Reader Cemetery, Savery, Carbon County, Wyoming. [Group Sheet]

--MARGARET FLY OBITUARY--

Mrs. Fly, an old pioneer of the Snake River section, passed away
last Thursday after a lingering illness of several weeks. She was a
relative of John Fly and the Duceys who lived near Steamboat Springs
but now live in California. She leaves two daughters who reside here
and a number of relatives and friends to mourn her death. Funeral
services were held in Dixon and burial in the Reader Cemetery.

Mr. and Mrs. Croft Beeler and Mr. and Mrs. H.P. Williams attended
the funeral of Mrs. Fly on Saturday afternoon.

--MRS. TILLMAN FLY DIES--

Mrs. Tillman Fly died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Oscar
Beeler, Friday morning, May 26, Mrs. Fly was 86 years of age. She was
born and reared in Missouri and came to Wyoming with her husband and
her children, more than 50 years ago. She is survived by two
daughters and several grandchildren. The daughters are Mrs. Oscar
Beeler and Mrs. Mae Beeler, of Baggs. Her husband passed away in
California 15 years ago. Mrs. Fly was well liked by all who knew her.
Funeral services were conducted by Clyde Woolford at the Dixon Church
and burial was made in the Reader Cemetery.
